Filing 49 OPINION & ORDER re: 31 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Carl DuBois, 41 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Tina Stanford, Paul Pacheco, Jennifer Armstrong, Cori Rescigno, Faith Watson, Rita Flynn. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motions to dismiss the Complaint are GRANTED in their entirety. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Opinion and Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis stat us is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf Coopedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962) (holding that an appellant demonstrates good faith when he seeks review of a nonfrivolous issue). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to te rminate the motions (Doc. Nos. 31, 41) and to terminate the case. The Clerk of Court is also directed to mail a copy of this Opinion and Order to Plaintiff at his address listed on ECF and show proof of service on the docket.
