ORDER: WHEREAS on February 23, 2017, Plaintiff requested that the Court stay the automatic referral to mediation on the basis that additional mediation at this time is unlikely to be productive (Dkt. 37); WHEREAS on February 23, 2017, the Court granted Plaintiff's request by cancelling the Order of Automatic Referral to Mediation (Dkt. 36) and scheduling an initial pretrial conference; WHEREAS after the Court issued its February 23 Order granting Plaintiff's request, Defendants filed a letter opposing Plaintiff's request (Dkt. 39); and WHEREAS on March 10, 2017, the parties attended an initial pretrial conference, during which the parties addressed whether they should return to mediation at this time; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court reinstates the February 3, 2017 Order of Automatic Referral to Mediation (Dkt. 36), and the parties are directed to return to mediation in accordance with the terms of the Automatic Referral Order.
