MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 30 AMENDED MOTION to Dismiss . filed by Bellevue Hospital Center, NYC Health and Hospitals Corp., City of New York., For the reasons explained above, Defendant's motion to dismiss the Amende d Complaint is granted. Plaintiff may file a motion for leave to amend and a proposed second amended complaint so long as she does so no later than October 1, 2018. Defendants shall have until October 12, 2018, to submit opposition papers. The Cou rt will consider the matter fully briefed on October 12, 2018. No extensions of time will be granted absent good cause. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion pending at docket number 30 and to mail a copy of this Opinion to Plaintiff. SO ORDERED.
