Plaintiff RUN-DMC Brand, LLC filed a federal trademark lawsuit against Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Jet.com inc., Vision World inc., Infinity Fashion, Inc. and SW Global Corp. for allegedly infringing on Plaintiff's Run-DMC trademark by advertising, selling, manufacturing, promoting and distributing RUN-DMC styled products, including glasses, hats, t-shirts, patches and wallets without the permission of Run-DMC.
