Filing 174 OPINION & ORDER re: 173 MOTION to Vacate and Restore Third Amended Complaint as to Defendants Kel Executive Services, S&B Group Enterprises, LLC, and D&E Partners, Inc. filed by Angel Santiago. The Court therefore denies Santiag o's motion to vacate the order dismissing his claims against D&E, Kel, and S & B. That dismissal stands. This lawsuit will and must now move forward with respect to Santiago's claims against the served defendants. Santiago remains at liberty to pursue claims against D&E, Kel, and S&B in a separate lawsuit. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul A. Engelmayer on 4/19/2018) (anc) |
