For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS Defendants' motions to dismiss as to the state law claims (Five and Six), but DENIES Defendants' motions to dismi ss as to the Copyright and DMCA claims (One, Two, Three, and Four). The Court DENIES the OK-Express Defendants' motion to strike. This Order resolves Dkt. Nos. 47 & 66. The Court will schedule an initial pretrial conference by separate order. SO ORDERED.
