May 30, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 21 OPINION AND ORDER re: 9 FIRST MOTION to Stay Arbitration filed by New York Dialysis Services, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, the Court finds that New York Dialysis cannot be forced to arbitrate the DeGraw dispute under the expired ABC CBA.
