Filing 33 OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 MOTION to Transfer Case to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. MOTION to Dismiss . filed by Hopeman Brothers, Inc., 21 MOTION to Compel Arbitration Pursuant to the Wellington Agreement. filed by Hopeman Brothers, Inc. Accordingly, Defendant's motions to compel the Wellington LMCs to arbitration, dismiss Continental and Lexington, and transfer this action to the Eastern District of Virginia are GRA NTED. The proceedings as to the Wellington LMCs are hereby stayed pending arbitration. See Katz v. Cellco Partnernship, 794 F.3d 341, 342 (2d Cir. 2015); Plazza v. Airbnb, Inc., No. 16-1085, 2018 WL 583122, at *15 (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 26, 2018). The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate the motions at ECF Nos. 18 and 21. SO ORDERED.
