Filing 25 OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, I find that Petitioners each signed the Agreement in their capacity as a member of BEAW and Respondents have failed to demonstrate that Petitioners (i) acted as the alter ego of BEAW or (ii) should be est opped from avoiding arbitration. Accordingly, the Petition, (Doc. 1, Ex. 2), is GRANTED and the arbitration is permanently stayed as to Petitioners. The Clerk's Office is respectfully directed to terminate the motion at Document 22 and close the case. (Signed by Judge Vernon S. Broderick on 6/4/2018) (jwh) |
