For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on its breach of contract claim is GRANTED and Defendant's motion to dismiss is DENIED. Plaintiff's claims for unjust enrichment and anticipatory breac h are deemed abandoned. Plaintiff shall file its motion for attorneys' fees by October 22, 2018. Defendant shall file its response by November 26, 2018. Plaintiff's reply, if any, shall be due by December 10, 2018.
