Filing 26 OPINION & ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss . filed by Deidre Whitman, Lois Wims, Shelly Alkin, Evan Imber-Black, Mercy College, Kimberly Cline, Michael Sperling. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed with prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 20 and terminate the action.
