MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 38 FIRST MOTION to Amend/Correct 1 Complaint, per ECF 30, filed by Premier Health Center P.C. Premier's motion for leave to file the Amended Complaint is denied as futile as to the first three proposed causes of action, and for lack of subject matter jurisdiction as to the fourth and fifth proposed causes of action. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves docket entry no. 38. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment dismissing the original Complaint in accordance with the Court's June 14, 2017, Order (docket entry no. 30) and to close this case, and as further set forth herein.
