Filing 18 OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court holds that Petitioner's detention without an individualized bond hearing violates due process. The Government is ORDERED to provide her with an individualized bond hearing not later than May 22, 2017. Ms. Morris' petition for a writ of habeas corpus is GRANTED.
