Filing 22 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court holds that Petitioner's detention, which has exceeded nine months without an individualized bond hearing, violates due process. The Government is ORDERED to provide Osias with an individualized bond hearing not later than August 11, 2017. Mr. Osias's Petition is GRANTED.
