The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion pending at docket entry eight and to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff. Within thirty days, Plaintiff shall notify the Court whether he seeks to amend the Complaint and, if he elects to amend, explain how the changes will allow the Complaint to survive a renewed motion to dismiss.
