OPINION AND ORDER: re: 29 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Liberty Insurance Corporation, 33 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by WSP USA, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Liberty's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED, and WSP 's cross-motion for summary judgment is DENIED. Judgment is entered in favor of Liberty declaring that it is not required to defend WSP in the underlying action.
