OPINION & ORDER: re: 21 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed by Nancy A Berryhill. 17 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed by Enid Roche. For the reasons set forth above, the Commissioner's determin ation that Roche was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act during the period from October 28, 2013 through March 24, 2016 is supported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 21) is GRANTED and Roche's motion (Dkt. No. 17) is DENIED, and as further set forth in this order.
