July 19, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 213 ORDER. Plaintiff argues that she is entitled to back pay from the date her employer was made aware of her need for accommodations until her termination on May 3, 2017. ECF No. 210. The Court agrees. Assuming a jury finds Defendant liable, Plaintiff may seek back pay from the date the jury determines Defendant was put on notice of her need for accommodations until Plaintiff's lawful termination on May 3, 2017. By May 23, 2022, Defendant shall file its additional motion in limine contemplated at ECF No. 179. By May 31, 2022, Plaintiff shall file any opposit ion the motion in limine. No reply brief shall be permitted. January 8, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 133 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 120 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated above: Defendant's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's reasonable accommodation claim is DENIED, except for those claims accruing prior to March 1, 2016, which are DISMISSED as time-barred. Defendant's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's disability discrimination claim is GRANTED. Defendant's motion for summary judgment on Plaintiff's retaliation claim is GRANTED. Trial will commence on June 22, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. Plaintiff shall file her pretrial statement within 30 days of receiving a copy of this Order, in accordance with Rule V.A. of the Court's Individual Practices in Pro Se Cas es. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 120 and mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff pro se. (As further set forth in this Order.)
