For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint is gr anted for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff's cross motion for jurisdictional discovery is denied. Furthermore, the Court denies Defendant's motion for attorneys' fees and related expenses pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), 2 8 U.S.C. § 1927, and the Courts inherent power. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing this case for lack of personal jurisdiction and close this case. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves Docket Entry No. 6. SO ORDERED.
