Filing 89 OPINION & ORDER re: 81 MOTION for Default Judgment as to Defendants Info Quarter, LLC and Sankalp Shettar. filed by International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Pla intiff's motion for entry of default judgment will be GRANTED as to Defendants' liability for (1) Infringement, False Designation, and Unfair Competition Claims under the Lanham Act; and (2) common law unfair competition. Plaintiff's motion for entry of default judgment will be DENIED as to Defendants' liability for (1) breach of contract; and (2) unjust enrichment. Plaintiff's requests for a permanent injunction is also GRANTED. The Court awards $11,013 in att orneys' fees and $435.20 in costs. This resolves Docket Number 81. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment and close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Alison J. Because Defendants do not make any arguments to dismiss Plaintiff's unjust enrichment claim, the claim is not dismissed. For th e foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is DENIED.
