Filing 66 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT & RECOMMENDATION adopting 61 Report and Recommendations, 46 Motion to Dismiss filed by Cynthia Perez, Andrew Hamilton, Teresa Gargiulo, Trustees of New York University, New York University. For the for egoing reasons, the Court ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion to dismiss is GRANTED without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is instructed to terminate Docket Entry 46. Plaintiff may seek leave to amend his compla int by October 26, 2018. In doing so, he must attach the proposed amended complaint to his motion, and his motion should address how the proposed amended complaint resolves the deficiencies that the Court and R&R have identified.
