ORDER DENYING STAY OF DISCOVERY PENDING MOTION TO DISMISS AND SCHEDULING CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE: For the reasons set forth above, the Court finds that a further stay of discovery is not warranted, and that discovery should continue, as it has bee n, in coordination with the Delaware Action. Accordingly, this action having been referred to this Court for general pretrial supervision, a case management conference will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 10:00 am, in Courtroom 18A, 500 Pear l Street, New York, New York.
