October 4, 2017	Filing 11 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons stated above, plaintiffs' petition to confirm the arbitration award (ECF No. 1), which this Court considers an unopposed motion for summary judgment, is GRANTED in full. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The June 26, 2017 arbitration award is confirmed in all respects. The Clerk of Court is accordingly directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant in the amount of $9,706.86 ($9,557.80 , plus $149.06 in interest). 2. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant in the amount of $645 for attorney's fees and costs arising out of this action. 3. Defendant shall pay post-judgment interest on the total award of $10,351.86 at the applicable rate set out in 28 U.S.C. § 1961. Such interest shall accrue from the date of this order.
