OPINION AND ORDER: The Court therefore affirms the Bankruptcy Court's Order approving the Settlement Agreement, and denies both appeals. For the reasons stated above, Appellant's tandem appeals are DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close the two cases listed in the caption above. SO ORDERED.
