ORDER AND OPINION: re: 35 MOTION to Intervene as Plaintiff filed by National Credit Union Administration Board, as Liquidating Agent. On December 5, 2017, the National Credit Union Administration Board ("NCUA" or "I ntervenor") moved to intervene in a lawsuit brought by Plaintiff Royal Park Investments ("Royal Park") against Defendant HSBC Bank USA, National Association ("HSBC" or "Defendant") regarding HSBC's use of t rust funds to indemnify itself in related litigation.
