MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 18 MOTION for Default Judgment as to Mission of the Gabonese Republic. filed by Sherri Friedman, Stuart Friedman. Plaintiff's motion for the entry of default judgment is granted in part. The Cou rt awards Plaintiffs $352,000 in damages, plus prejudgment interest at a rate of 9% per annum, but declines the request for attorneys' fees and costs. This resolves Docket Number 18.
