OPINION & ORDER re: 28 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by The Huntington National Bank. For the reasons explained above, HNB's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, HNB's motio n is GRANTED insofar as it seeks dismissal of Defendants' counterclaim for unjust enrichment, and it is DENIED otherwise. The parties are directed to appear for a status conference on Friday, March 15, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., and to file a joint pr etrial statement in accordance with section 3.A of the Court's Individual Practices.
