For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion to dismiss the Complaint is GRANTED in its entirety with leave to reple ad. To state a claim upon which relief can be granted, a complaint must plead sufficient facts to state a claim to relief that is plausible on its face. Plaintiff shall have until January 28, 2019 to file a Second Amended Complaint. Defendants a re directed to file an answer to the Second Amended Complaint, if any, within thirty days of the date the Second Amended Complaint is filed. The Court respectfully directs the Clerk of the Court to mail a copy of this opinion to Plaintiff at Plain tiff's address on the docket and to show proof of service on the docket.
