Filing 31 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 26 FIRST MOTION to Compel Arbitration on an Individual Basis and to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Wok 88 Inc., Ai Chiu Chiang. Defendants have not requested that the Court stay these proceedings pending arbitration of Plaintiff's claims against them. Accordingly, for the reasons stated above, Defendants Wok 88 and Ai Chiu Chang's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's claims against them and compel arbitration of those claims is GR ANTED. Defendants' motion for sanctions under Section 1927 is DENIED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at Dkt. No. 26.SO ORDERED.
