ORDER: Plaintiff Basile filed his Second Amended Complaint on November 14, 2019. Doc. 82. Defendants filed an answer on February 7, 2020. Doc. 92. Counsel for Plaintiff Basile entered a notice of appearance on July 12, 2020. Doc. 93. Since then there has been no further activity in this case. OPINION AND ORDER re: 62 MOTION FOR VIOLATION OF THE COURT'S VALENTIN ORDER. MOTION to Strike Document No. 61 . filed by Christopher Basile, 57 MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint pursuant to Rule 37(b) and 41(b) of the Fe deral Rules of Civil Procedure. filed by New York City, NY, Matthew Winters. For the forgoing reasons, the motion to dismiss filed by the City and Winters is GRANTED. The motion to dismiss filed by MSG, Delrossa, and Avellion through their j oinder to the City's motion, Doc. 61 is DENIED. Basile's cross-motion to compel compliance with the Court's Valentin order is GRANTED. The remaining defendants and Basile are ordered to comply with the instructions detailed in Part II.B, supra.
