Filing 5 ORDER. It has come to the Court's attention that, due to a clerical error that occurred upon the filing of this complaint, Plaintiff Bleeker and Bond Productions (a subsidiary of Plaintiff TMT Entertainment Group Inc) was erroneously listed as a pro se plaintiff, despite the Complaint clearly stating otherwise. The Clerk's office has now corrected this inadvertent error after reopening the case. Because the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, so ordered by this Court on March 26, 2018, also makes clear that Plaintiff's counsel intended to dismiss this entire action, the Court respectfully directs the Clerk of Court to close this matter.
