August 17, 2018	Filing 16 OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court rejects Kajtazi's three claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. His § 2255 petition is, accordingly, DENIED. Because the petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, the Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2253.
