Fo r the foregoing reasons, Petitioners motions to compel arbitration are GRANTED. Respondents' motion to stay arbitration and transfer venue is DENIED. Petitioners shall file letters on the status of the arbitration every 60 days, and file a lett er notifying the Court when the arbitration concludes.
