For the reasons above, the Court DENIES Pla intiffs motion for partial summary judgment and DENIES in part and GRANTS in part Defendants' summary judgment motion. The Court DENIES Defendants' summary judgment motion as to (1) Plaintiff's retaliation claim under the ADA and the NYSHRL as it relates to Melchione's August 2016 complaint against Defendant and Plaintiff's termination and (2) Plaintiffs discrimination claim under the ADA and the NYSHRL as it relates to Plaintiffs deprivation of overtime from Decemb er 12, 2015 until August 10, 2016. Otherwise, Defendant's summary judgment motion is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions pending at ECF No. 52 and 54. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Andrew L.
