OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the parties request to approve the proposed settlement is denied without prejudice to the filing of a revised settlement agreement within two weeks of the date of this Order. If the parties are unwilling or unable to revise the settlement agreement in accordance with this Opinion, they are directed to advise the Court of same in writing on or before April 24, 2018, in which case Defendants will be expected to file a timely response to the Complaint.
