August 24, 2018	Filing 14 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Blake's Petition must be and is DENIED in full. As Blake has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c); see also, e.g., Matthews v. United States, 682 F.3d 180, 185 (2d Cir. 2012). In addition, the Court certifies, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Memorandum Opinion and Ord er would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is thus denied. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Memorandum Opinion and Order to Blake and to close the case. SO ORDERED.
