Filing 25 OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint filed by TD Bank, N.A., Amanda Major. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss, (Doc. 18), is GRANTED and Plaintiff's Fir st Amended Complaint is dismissed with prejudice. To the extent that Plaintiff's allegations can be construed to give rise to state law claims, I decline to exercise jurisdiction over such claims and they are dismissed without prejudice to fil ing those claims in state court. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment for Defendants and close the case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Vernon S.
