June 29, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 159 ORDER I am in receipt of the Parties letters (Docs. 157 and 158) inquiring about the status of their Summary Judgement Motions. The motions are fully briefed, and a decision will be issued in due course. The Parties are also instructed to provide me with a status update on whether Defendants former counsel, John P. December 5, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 143 ORDER terminating 72 Motion for Sanctions. Accordingly, ECF 44 is hereby modified so as to apply only to Mr. DeMaio in his personal capacity. For the reasons stated, no sanction will issue against Defendants or their current counsel. Mr. DeMaio is ORDERED to pay $3,678.28 to Plaintiffs' counsel by December 23, 2022, and file proof of payment with the Court. Plaintiffs' counsel is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Mr. DeMaio and to file proof of service by December 9, 2022. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close ECF 72. SO ORDERED.. August 22, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 128 ORDER: By September 9, 2022, Defendants shall either: (1) Complete production of the requested documents and interrogatory information and represent that it is complete; OR (2) serve on Plaintiffs their revised responses and objections to Plain tiffs' First Request for Production of Documents and Defendants' Responses to Plaintiffs' First Set of Interrogatories, with a proposed date for completion. If Defendants elect to serve revised responses and objections, Defendants are directed to include in their responses reasons for their objections and/or why they are otherwise unable to produce the requested documents and/or information. If the requested documents do not exist, Defendants must confirm without reserv ation that they have completed a search for said documents. January 7, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 93 ORDER: Plaintiffs' counsel's motion to withdraw representation of Plaintiffs Vicente and Benitez shall be filed no later than January 21, 2022. Plaintiffs' counsel shall serve such motion on Mr. Vicente and Mr. Benitez and file pro of of service (or attempts of service) by January 24, 2022. Counsel shall each submit separate status letters on January 28, 2022. Defendants' counsel's January 28th letter must include an affirmation that he knows how to properly mute his phone.
