Filing 60 OPINION AND ORDER re: 32 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Hartford Fire Insurance Company, 43 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment (To replace Dkt. 37 inadvertently filed under Notices). filed by Robespierre, Inc., Nanette Lepore, NLHE LLC, Robert Savage. The Court concludes that Breach and IP Exclusions foreclose Hartford from a duty to defend the NL Suit. The Court also dismisses the claim for breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealin g. For the reasons stated in this Opinion, Defendant's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED and Plaintiffs' cross-motion for partial summary judgment is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case. SO ORDERED.
