The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motion accordingly, along with the letter motion at ECF No. 547 in United States v. lvfazer, 11 Cr. 121 (GBD) (S.D.N.Y. April 21, 2020). As Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. 28 U.S.C. § 2253. SO ORDERED.. (Signed by Judge George B.
