The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment for Petitioner and against Respondent in the amount of $9,108.87, which consists of the arbitration award of $4,413.90 plus $4,694.97 in attorneys ' fees and costs. Post-judgment interest will accrue at the statutory rate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case. SO ORDERED.
