OPINION & ORDER re: 15 MOTION to Dismiss 2 the Complaint. filed by Nardon, Lane. For the foregoing reasons, the motion to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint is granted without prejudice. Plaintiff has leave to file an amended comp laint within one month from the date of this order. The Court also finds pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 445 (1962).
