For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Any claim premised on allegations that Plaintiff alleged occurred prior to August 10, 2016 are time-barred. Defendant's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's § 1981 claims, Title VII retaliation claim, NYSHRL retaliation claim, and NYCHRL retaliation claim is granted. Defendant's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's Title VII discrimination claim, NYSHRL discrimination claim, and NYCHRL discrimination claim is denied.
