On consent, the judgment is stayed until October 21, 2019, pending Defendant's consideration of whether to appeal. Defendant's motion for a stay pending the disposition of its appeal is DENIED with leave to refile. If Defendant chooses to appeal, then Defendant must renew its motion to stay the judgment pending appeal within one week of filing a notice of appeal. The parties shall meet and confer to consider stipulating to a stay pending appeal. In the absence of agreement, Plaintiff's Opposition shall be due one week after the motion to stay is filed, and any Reply shall be due three days after the Opposition deadline.
