Sportvision, Inc et al v. MLB Advanced Media L.P.
Plaintiff Sportvision, Inc. and SportsMEDIA Technology Corp. alleged that Defendant MLB Advanced Media, LP (1) replaced core Sportvision components in the PITCHf/x system, breached its exclusivity obligations and infringed on U.S. Patent No. 7,341,530 entitled Virtual Strike Zone, (2) failed to perform under its contract with Sportvision, and (3) willfully misappropriated Sportvision's trade secrets.
