Filing 36 OPINION AND ORDER re: 24 MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint. filed by Robert Nolen, MUFG Union Bank, N.A. Plaintiff filed her Second Amended Complaint ("SAC") on November 16, 2018, and the Parties stipulated that they would rely on their previously filed Motion to Dismiss and Opposition papers with respect to Plaintiff's added Title VII claims. ECF No. 34-35. Defendants' Motion is deemed fully briefed. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is hereby GRANTED as to all Defendants.
