Filing 44 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION for 42 Report and Recommendations, 30 Motion to Dismiss filed by Chase Bank, James Dimon, John R. Fraser. Accordingly, for the reasons articulated in Judge Netburn's well-reasoned R&R, Pla intiff's objections are overruled and the R&R is adopted in its entirety as the opinion of the Court. As recommended by the R&R, the Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend his complaint to cure the deficiencies identified with respect to his Fair Housing Act claim. Any such amended complaint must be filed no later than March 25, 2019. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at Dkt. No. 30. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Gregory H.
