OPINION & ORDER re: 48 FIRST MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Third Amended Complaint Pursuant to Rule 12(B)(6) F.R.CIV.P. filed by Laufer Delena Cadicina Jensen & Boyd, LLC, Mario Delmonaco, Laufer, Delena, Cadicina, Jensen & Br adley, LLC, Laufer Delena Cadicina Jensen & Boyd, Michelle Benedek-Barone. For the aforementioned reasons, Plaintiff has failed to allege facts sufficient to support a claim for tortious interference with a contract and tortious interference wit h prospective business relationship. Thus, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiff's requests for relief, including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief, are hereby DENIED.
