ORDER OF DISMISSAL: In this Fair Labor Standards Act case, the parties agreed to the terms of a settlement in principle and on September 18, 2021, submitted a proposed settlement for the Court's review pursuant to Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House, 796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015). ECF No. 62. Having reviewed the proposed settlement, the Court determines that it is fair and reasonable. ORDER: For the reasons discussed at today's conference, the parties are directed to file a revised settlement agreement no later than Friday, September 17, 2021. The revised agreement should reflect a modification of the settlement funds' ; distribution such that Plaintiffs receive two-thirds of the total recovery and Plaintiffs' counsel receives one-third of the total recovery in satisfaction of attorneys' fees and costs.
