Filing 13 OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons set forth above, Petitioners' motion for summary judgment to confirm the Award is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment for Petitioners and against Respondent in the amount of $9,021,996.24, wit h pre-judgment interest calculated at 9% per year from the date of November 10, 2014, and $1,822,416.76 with pre-judgment interest calculated at 9% per year from the date of April 30, 2014. Post-judgment interest will accrue at the sta tutory rate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. Global Gold is also entitled to $650 per day in penalties until Caldera Resources complies with the equitable relief ordered by the arbitrator. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pendin g motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case.
